Being the best version of myself is where I am now and I am clearer than I have ever been before about how to do so.

Those voices inside my head remain, Father, Mother, Old Teachers or Partner but since working with David he challenged the voices and taught me to process my thoughts in a more constructive way with easy to follow steps and clever little mantras that have made me feel more in control of my thoughts and therefore my life than I have for a very long time.

I now have skills to deal with and react to life in a more relaxed and positive way for me.

​

David’s skill set has come from years of experience with not only his own life and study but with his selfless position in society of working with our male youth that many have given up on and worst of all have given up on themselves.  He gives them hope and he cares which comes through when he works with you.

​

David’s approach is calm and warm.  He listens and then helps you to see situations from another point of view which many of us in the heat of moment or in the busy lives we lead never give ourselves the chance to stop and reflect upon and then just race on into the next situation all the while building up resentment, hurt and anger.

​

I have learnt to recognize this build-up and value what is important to me and not to always listen to others and in my life moving forward I have the skills and the knowledge he gave me to better deal with life, its unpredictability and to not forget about its magic.

​

We are all still learning but I am now happy being happy with what I have and look forward to the rest and breathe!

Hope you are going well. Just wanted to drop you a line to say that those coaching sessions we did last year are still paying off. Just the other day I was really honest and told our CEO that I couldn’t do what he asked because we already had enough on and he just accepted it (great result), it’s also helped me become a better manager to my team, I give them frank feedback (good and bad) and they are responding well. And also a year after I told my boss I wanted a new job title (and a bit more money) I am finally getting it, I guess good things take time. Anyway just wanted to say thanks again for your help and advise and checking in on me every now and again.
